We chose them because they were the best for pricing, materials, and most of all their warranty. From the very beginning of the process they were outstanding. Brett, the salesman, explained everything very thoroughly. The installers, Carlos, and Ben, were very professional. They were very thorough and provided exceptional customer service. The installation is superb. All of the wiring and conduit is installed above ceiling and hidden from sight. None of the other companies offered that. They showed us how to use the shades, the remote, and the app. They answered all of our questions. Legacy is an exceptional company. We highly recommend them.

Brett came out to our home, looked at the project, provided a quote and left, giving us the time we needed to make a decision. We contacted him an hour later and approved the project! Erin did a great job manufacturing our automated shade! Everything was installed today (April 3). Jesse & Dan were friendly, efficient, showed us how to use everything and how to care for it. We were also reminded of our warranty and assistance any time we need it (if necessary). Everything was cleaned up after the job. We could not be happier! Legacy and it's employees are top notch and we cannot praise them enough! If you are looking for shades, awnings, etc. inside or outside, look no further!
