  The staff here is consistently friendly and helpful. The store layout feels much more inclusive now that the plus-size section is integrated with the rest of the clothing—it still has clear signage, but it feels like it actually belongs. Unlike other stores where you have to hunt through long mixed-up racks, dodge carts in narrow aisles or abandon your cart this JCPenney feels organized and easy to move through. I highly recommend checking out the jewelry department. While they have the higher-end locked cases, they also have a fantastic area for affordable jewelry that has a much better selection than what you’d find elsewhere. I love that the dressing room is no-pressure. They give you time and privacy to try things on at your pace. The rooms have plenty of space to move around. Now this may seem small but for me it means a lot - Sometimes I'll have trouble with the credit card reader. They are always patient. When I tell them I can't always slide the card like the device needs me to and ask them to do it, they'll always say something like they don't know if they'll be able to make it work but they'll try. I'll know it's obvious my hands are having a bad day but they're so nice about it. I don't feel bad asking them for help. I always leave this store happy and feeling proud to have found whatever purchases I made.

  The lady in the shoe Dept, I believe her name was Carol, was exceptional. She helped me to coordinate some shoes with my dress. She was patient, kind, and helpful.
