The management at Killeen jc Penney is the worst nobody give a carp, yes even the managers are good at politely ignoring your complaints. The young worker don't want to help you and the older ones look and act frustrated as if they had a hundred customers a day. Unclear on everything and rude.great deals not worth you frustrating at I suggest you go elsewhere first time the lady said she signed me up for rewards found out the next day she didn't, same old lady one week later I requested to hold some clothes articles since I did not realize I didn't bring my wallet and it was almost closing time, came back next morning and found out she restocked everything. Same old women one mone later I brought back a damaged Bluetooth from three I bought the previous day and never asked if I wanted a exchange just returned mone to my card which I found out can take three dàys. Every single time she did it, it was with an attitude I will see
