All these reviews about bad costumer service are completely false, I come here once on a while and my experience is great, everything is fast and easy to find, helpful sales reps, and im gonna go here more often now that Memorial is closing!

Very bad experience at Express. Manager was extremely unprofessional, and the manager was rude and dismissive. Instead of addressing concerns, they made the situation worse.
Customer service overall was unacceptable, especially at checkout—the cashiers lacked basic courtesy and respect. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the entire store. Management seriously needs improvement because this experience was frustrating and disappointing. They need to replace the manager here.
The customer service was beyond disappointing. The cashiers had poor attitudes, didn’t greet customers, and acted like they didn’t want to be there. There was no professionalism at all, and it made the entire visit uncomfortable.
It’s frustrating to spend money somewhere you don’t feel respected as a customer. Definitely not the kind of service anyone should expect.

I’ve shopped here before, but after this experience, I won’t be returning. Management seriously needs to address how customers are treated because this level of service is not okay.
