  I’ve shop here several times and one of the employees came to help me out and she had great customer service but her manager named Abby was making fun of her and disrespectful towards her

  This store has good employees but bad manager they think they can do everything to customers and treated them like shit. Poor manager service. I won’t say any name, but most people will know who I’m talking about

  Genesis was incredibly attentive—helping me find accessories. By the time i got home i noticed the dress was damaged. As soon as i got back to the store i showed her & right away she helped with getting it exchanged for another one. I’m genuinely grateful for how thorough and caring she was.

  Review by Anonymous User I Always Go To This Location, Multiple Times A Month. Today My Experience Wasn’t So Great. I Had Asked An Employee Who Was At The Register On The Computer To Please Help Me Bring Down A Dress. She Just Said Hold On. I Waited A Little Bit By The Dress I Wanted. She Passed By Me Helped Another Customer Bring A Dress Down She Went Back To The Computer And Didn’t Even Acknowledge Me. I Went Up To Her Again And Asked Nicely If She Could Please Help Bring The Dress Down. She Just Asked Another Employee To Get It For Me. Don’t Understand Why She Didn’t Want To Help Me. The Whole Time She Was Just On The Computer And Binder. I Did Not Like Her Attitude, Horrible Customer Service. I Understand There’s Other Stuff To Do Because I Work Retail As Well. Seemed Like It Was More Important To Write On Her Book Than Help Out A Customer. Her name was Abby.

  The should make sure to hire people that actually would help you to find the clothes. I’m not saying the clothes aren’t cute, but the employees make it a bad experience
