One of the employees asked my husband, who has a back problem, to stand up and give his seat to someone else who was trying on shoes. I would understand if the store had been full with no available seating, but that was not the case. At that point, we already had four pairs of shoes in our hands, so it was clear we were actively shopping. I could not understand why my husband was asked to stand, and we both felt surprised and disrespected. Because of this, I decided to leave the shoes we had selected behind and walked out of the store without making a purchase. As customers spending our money in the store, we expected a much more considerate and welcoming experience. Because of this incident, I do not plan to return to this store.

Wife could not find a style, any one paying attention would have noted the 70 year old woman after 20 minutes. We were the only customers. Any way, got what I came for, love my vans, and left.
