I unfortunately didnt catch their names but the attendant called multiple locations country wide to make sure i got the shoes i wanted from online. they both were also extremely friendly and attentive to both myself and others in the store. absolutely prefer driving the extra way from the outlet mall to katy mills if i need a madden purchase!
