The associate *Princess who worked with us, unfortunately, lacked the demeanor of a “princess” or professional and was not genuinely interested in helping. Instead, she rushed us, displayed a negative attitude, rolling her eyes, sucking her teeth, and seemed eager to expedite our search for shoes for a 16-year-old who requires a size 16. It is perplexing why individuals choose careers in retail and seem disinclined to interact with customers.
