She is disrespectful and mistreats customers. Such conduct is unacceptable and unworthy of a managerial position. It’s disappointing because I truly admire this brand.

So they changed their business model in my opinion to a cheaper efforts to maximize profit. Sincerely hope CH considers to bring back leather shoe soles....after all, what else can set them apart from the competition? Why not offer both?
