We were browsing guns to buy one and worker asked a man behind us if he was ready to see a gun, didn’t acknowledge us or ask us anything, the man said “not yet” and the worker just walked off. Never coming back to bass pro shops for future hunting or gun needs.

Employee at guns too busy looking at phone to ask if i need help. Says he’ll “get someone to help” He didn’t. Had to find another employee just be told they have to call another employee just to get one pair of shoes to exchange items. Lack of service overall. Do better.
