I think the worst part of the experience is being bumbarded by pushy sales people. One lady from Hilton just wouldn't let it go. I said no at 7 times. I understand their job is to sell, but I went there to look around and shop not listen to sales pitches all day. I don't think I would ever go back to this place.

He provided great customer service and was very professional. Unfortunately, the younger guy working with him took away from the experience. He kept complaining and made the entire interaction uncomfortable. Instead of helping, his attitude made it feel like being there was an inconvenience. Allen did his best to keep things positive, but the negative attitude from the other employee definitely took away from what could have been a great experience. Pitch that to the team. Rude employee (around 6 feet, Caucasian male, working on the day I posted this review). That’s the only reason this is a 3-star review instead of a 5-star one.

I meet all requirements put forth by TEXAS LAW to purchase a firearm or any firearm related items but apparently this place thinks that a small crack, less than 1/4", at the edge means it's no longer a valid ID. My drivers license is less than 2yrs old but apparently to purchase a firearm from the high and mighty Bass Pro shop it must be in pristine brand new condition!!!! This is absolutely insane!!!! This happens right after they tried to tell me that it's required to show ID to buy pellets! On average I spend over $1000 on a monthly basis at this place.....NOT ANYMORE! They have absolutely no right to tell someone who meets all requirements by LAW to purchase a firearm "NO" because my license isn't wrapped in a protective coating and kept in a temperature controlled container at all times. I guess they have decided that the "working class" is not longer good enough to spend money at their shops!!!!! ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!!!
