  During a recent shoe shopping experience for an event for my brother, who wears a size 16, we encountered an associate who appeared rushed and uninterested in assisting us. The associate *Princess who worked with us, unfortunately, lacked the demeanor of a “princess” or professional and was not genuinely interested in helping. Instead, she rushed us, displayed a negative attitude, rolling her eyes, sucking her teeth, and seemed eager to expedite our search for shoes for a 16-year-old who requires a size 16. It is perplexing why individuals choose careers in retail and seem disinclined to interact with customers.

  I needed a blazer for an event in a week. Usually my wife is with me to help with the selection. She wasn't but the associate, Yasmin, was extremely helpful. When there a snag in ordering, she was willing to contact the office to assist with the order. Because of her efforts, I received the blazer in time. One of the best experiences I've had at DXL.
