  This mall is cute. First time at this mall. Love the stores but why is the inside of the mall only 1 floor. And the rest of the big stores r like 3 floors. But other then that I love the set up its like a star

  I just had the worst experience shopping at Fashion Q. Every single employee was rude and unprofessional. I asked them about a fitting room and was immediately dismissed told that they are closed with no other comment. Just turned away from me and continued to talk to her coworker. At check out, I asked about the return policy since they did not have a fitting room open. I had seen the signage at the front noting there were no refunds, but you can make an exchange within 14 days. It’s on the sign and on my receipt. The girl rolled her eyes when I asked and said “3 days.” I pointed to the signage at the register and asked again, stating that on here it says 14. She ignored me and wrote 3 days on the top of my receipt. I have included photos below. Not sure if this is the actual policy, but if that is the case it might be worth it to change your signage and text on the receipt. BUT even with that said, there is zero reason to be so unkind. I would not recommend shopping here simply from customer service. And to the young lady who was so unpleasant, I do hope this was just an off day for you.

  I love North East Mall and it holds a special place in my heart. I’ve been going here since I was born. My mom even went into labor with me at this mall! My mom, grandmother, and I have all worked in this mall at different points. It’s well maintained, clean, and has most of my favorite stores. Although not as much as it did pre-COVID, It still fulfills the majority of my needs and gives me my mall fix to this day! It’s still a solid mall. However, I wish the mall would bring in some trendy, new clothing retailers. Would love to see Garage, JD Sports, Mania Jeans, Tradehome Shoes, Cinnabon, maybe even Uniqlo (I hope). Just some suggestions. I think they would all do so well here and I’d absolutely shop there!

  Malls r yesterday’s news! North East Mall sucks! Needs total renovation and remodeling! Most of the time place is dead as a doorknob! The Macy’s at North East Mall is total garbage! Embarrassing to walk into and toward the back of the store looks like a swap meet mentally. Macy’s at this location is dead as a doorknob and have taken out the men’s Ralph Lauren Polo Dept. due to high shoplifters! The owners of this mall should be ashamed for being cheap to not invest and bring the property up to high standards, so shoppers want to patronize here, instead of shopping online or going to North Park Mall etc. Also mall security needs to kick out the unruly school kids who terrorize the mall and starts fights!
