  When I came in last time there was a different sales associate and she did an amazing job explaining everything. I ended up buying 2 pairs happily. This time I came in to exchange a pair and there was a different staff and she had 0 hospitality, didn’t even give a slight smile to make us feel welcome. She just looked annoyed while we were simply trying to figure out what sunglasses to get and even while on the procedure to get it exchanged, gave off a mean vibe so we just ended up not getting it done with her. Hate to be a Karen and post a review like this but do better while training your people if you value your customers, Sunglasses hut and Macys, whoever this mishap is concerned to.

  The lady was very un helpful didn’t want to help transfer the glasses into the other inside location when they had told me I could return them in either location.

  It's in Macy's. Need I say more? Probably not, but I will. Judging by their prices, they are very proud of names; the Macy's name and the designer who created the sunglasses (more like approved a junior designer's concept). I prefer to not overpay for things. You can find pretty much anything they carry, or something similar on Amazon for alot less, unless you are someone who absolutely has to have designer stuff no matter what. Then you'll love Sunglass Hut.
