I ended up purchasing 2 pair unfortunatley from this new sales lady. Took advantage of a half off 2nd pair with my brother getting 1 pair. He denied coverage, I opted for coverage. His pair was $119 mine was $229. She did not have enough care to put the insurance on my pair, so when I returned to file a claim, that's when she informed me it was on the holbrooks, which again were purchased by my brother. Nonetheless, she wasn't able to remediate the problem which she caused, so no more overpriced plastic for me from sunglass hut unfortunatley. Really loved dealing with Kristen the past 6 years, hate this lady lost me as a customer.

She was incredibly easy to talk to, very knowledgeable about the products, and made the entire process simple and enjoyable. There was no pressure at all — just great conversation, helpful guidance, and excellent customer service. You can tell she truly cares about creating a positive experience for customers. One of the best retail experiences I’ve had in a long time.
