The store itself was barren and devoid of any customers. Each department was staffed with one or more employees who were too busy chatting amongst themselves.

My family came out of town we took family pictures the day after thanksgiving they never explained they don’t print after our session we choose to have them ship instead of digital two weeks pass no picture arrived called them and they me a another company number to call that ships the pictures called Shutterfly after getting in contact with the correct person they say they don’t have our order. Calls jc penny back telling them hey why are they saying we don’t have a order mind u we paid and received receipt before leaving the session they place me on hold just to find out they never placed our order and blamed it on a computer glinch now I’m back at this place having to wait to re pick out poses for there inconvenience when my issue should’ve been handled upon arrival with certainty of some form of comfort … don’t go here !!!!!!
