She knew her stuff and was patient, kind, and friendly. I literally bought the first jeans in my life that I love. American Eagle is great with plus size jeans and I was so impressed. I mean.. she was SO patient, she let me tweak sizes, colors, styles till I was happy. I didn't know what I wanted or needed and together I FIT MY JEANS PERFECTLY! Pretty good prices and some deals right now (buy one get one half off). I ended up discovering that I had picked out sizes that were too small and I didn't know it. I got a size 16 in the end (photos shown are in size 12, 14, and 16. Just to show how much running she did for me). 👌 Plus if you bring a pair of jeans to recycle then you get $10 off one pair of jeans when there's no other deals. 😍

I want to begin by noting that the young woman who greeted us was pleasant, and we are very happy with the quality of the jeans we purchased for our son. Unfortunately, the rest of our visit was marked by poor service. While shopping, not one of the many employees approached us to offer assistance. The primary issue, however, occurred at checkout. After we waited patiently in line, the cashier finished with the previous customer and then turned away from us without any acknowledgment. When I finally got her attention, she curtly told us we needed to get in a different line. She then left her post to speak with another employee. After some time and the line growing, she called us back to her register but remained unfriendly throughout the transaction. There was no "sorry for your wait," "thank you," or any common courtesy. She handed us our bag and turned away. Being ignored and then treated with a dismissive attitude is not what I expect from your brand. I hope this feedback is used for staff training.
