Fantastic selection and Tracy was awesome to work with today. Love my new translucent gray Wayfarer /blue polarized lense sunglasses.
The lady that helped me was great. The helped me pick out two pair of glasses and was honest about what looks good and bad. Also sold me the warranty package which is great because I am hard on glasses.

Do not recommend purchasing from this place. My husband was cheated big time from a purchase , forced to keep a pair of Michael kors glasses that he had purchased for me for my birthday but I did not like the fit. Went to try to exchange them for a different pair but for my husband instead. Tracylynn did not want to honor exchange . Because According to her the sale was done from a trainee at the time and my husband was not suppose to have gotten that pair as a half off pair. I know this probably sounds confusing, which kinda is. It's a whole mess. Bottom line is, because a mistake a trainee did we have to be forced to keep a pair of glasses we paid for and do not like. Not cool.
Bad business. I feel if Tracylnn is the manager , she did nothing to try to accomadate us especially because it was not our fault. She just put the blame on the trainee . We will not be purchasing from sunglass hut ever again.
I am writing to report a very disappointing experience at your store involving an employee named Tieralynn (spelling as close as I can determine). I visited to have two pairs of sunglasses repaired (both purchased from Sunglass Hut). When I arrived there were three employees and no other customers; I understood being asked to wait briefly and did so. After a few minutes we were greeted, but what followed was unprofessional and unhelpful.
According to the Sunglass Hut website (see attached), “Complimentary Repair Services” are offered. However, Tieralynn refused to provide any repair assistance and repeatedly insisted “we do not provide repair services here,” then asked me to perform the repair myself, telling me to simply “slide it on.” I felt she was asking me to do her job and refusing to honor an advertised service. As a result of her inability or unwillingness to help, we are transferring our remaining orders to another store.
This interaction reflects inadequate customer service from start to finish and is not what I expect when a service is advertised. I would appreciate that you investigate this matter, clarify your repair policy, and provide appropriate coaching or corrective action so future customers do not have the same experience.

I visited this store for the first time and was initially helped by a male employee who offered to check if there were new sunglasses available for the style I wanted or else clean the display pair. When I went to check out, I politely asked if the pair I was buying was new or a display model. Before he could answer, a female employee at the register interrupted in a rude tone, insisting that all their glasses are “new.” Only after I mentioned what he’d told me did he confirm they were actually the display pair — which felt extremely deceptive.
When I asked for the name of the glasses, she snapped, “They don’t have a name — they have a SKU number.” Her tone grew even harsher when I politely asked if display items received any discount, shouting, “NO, WE DON’T GIVE DISCOUNTS.” I was simply asking questions before making a $500 purchase, yet she was openly rude and dismissive the entire time.
The whole interaction was misleading and unprofessional, so I decided to take my business elsewhere. I later checked online and found the same Gucci sunglasses for $246 instead of $455. I left the store disappointed and will not be returning.
If you plan to shop here, verify prices online and confirm whether the item is new or a display. The dishonesty and poor treatment of customers are unacceptable.
Update 10/6: To make matters worse, the female employee was actually the store manager. She called me and asked me to explain my side of the issue. Rather than listening, she became defensive and argumentative, repeatedly cutting me off as I tried to explain what happened. Realizing nothing would be resolved, I ended the call. I was failed yet again to be provided with decent customer service.
