Today is Black Friday and I had two jewelry items and three sweaters she made me leave the jewelry department to pay elsewhere because “she had to help someone else with a big sale on a jewelry item” with that customer service and on the busiest day of the season I was very disappointed. I will pay off my Jc penny card and will be taking my business to Macys. One bad impression can ruin future business and this situation surely did in my case.
