  I should have read the reviews before going here. My husband, Mother in Law, and I arrived at 3:10pm today Sunday 03/01/26 place closes at 4:00. We were greeted like “We’re about to close, what do ya want”. We drove 35 minutes for a dozen of chocolate covered strawberries for my cravings and it was so disappointing to be greeted this way. I called before arriving to ask if they have strawberries ready or I had to place an order before arriving and I was told if I wanted certain strawberries they could make them but I’d have to wait. Once arriving there “Oh our kitchen is closed”. No will in both girls to be helpful to us at all. Strawberries are always delicious but this customer service was truly disappointing. Their products aren’t that cheap for customers to be treated this way. It was 3:10 pm so you mean to tell me that for 50 minutes they do absolutely nothing? Their computer was also off to ring us up. We waited for them to turn it back on to charge us. If your business says you’re open till 4pm you work till 4pm and prepare yourself to close after. Definitely need to teach your employees that your customers are why you stay in business! Update: You can tell by whoever answers to these reviews that this doesn’t get to cooperate. One of the girls who works there answered because they did in fact let me know there was a 6 and 12 count available and calling bs on the “update” on the computer. The one girl looked at the other girl like “We turned it off already”. Then one of them press the on button. Don’t try to blame an update on the system. So sad that it doesn’t get to the proper people to address these issues.

  I like the edible bouquet itself, but my only concern is the delivery process. My friend ordered this cute edible fruits for me for valentines but I didn’t receive it late in the night around 8:30pm on Valentine’s Day , it’s was supposed to be a cute little surprise but it got messed up when we needed to start tracking the delivery process, my friend tried to call them multiple times in the afternoon of that day to check on the status of the order, it was going to voicemail straight. if delivery would be delayed, there should be a way to communicate that to the clients. Product is good but delivery process needs to improve.

  Ordered an arrangement and paid extra delivery to guarantee a Valentine’s Day delivery. Today is February 16th and the order still shows that it is not even being prepared yet. I did not receive any notice that the arrangement would not arrive. ZERO communication whatsoever. This is a very poor business model and I am no longer able to support a company that I have ordered through many times in the past. Perhaps the company should focus on customer service and notifying current customers faster than they respond to bad reviews on google.

  Wish I can add a zero star. I ordered a valentine arrangement for my wife Friday the day before valentines. Their arraignment was 160+ dollars today is Sunday afternoon. She have never received her arrangement. Haven’t received anything from the store saying it was running late has been canceled or anything worst experience ever.

  I order my arrangement for it to be delivered on Valentine's Day. It NEVER arrived. On the email is stated it the latest will be 9:00 p.m. today is Saturday the 15th @ 11:09 a.m. and I still have not received it there's no courtesy email saying it was going to be too late I have called the store several times no one answers I email customer service no response the company's very easy to take the money but not promise to deliver like they say thank you for the unsatisfied Valentine's Day surprise
