- MMMichelle MercadoNov 10, 20251.0I had ordered a set of pajamas online and threw away the cardboard and tag to put it in the laundry. Before washing I noticed the security tag was still on the pajama pants. I came in the store to have them remove the tag. The store associate asked me if I had the cardboard it came with. NO, why would I, I plan on keeping the pajamas. Then she asks me to show her my online receipt, which I did. She then proceeds to tell me that next time a manager would not take the security tag off if I dont have the cardboard that goes with it. Are you kidding me?! Not all clothing items have a stupid piece of cardboard attached and I have my online receipt to prove proof of purchase. This store associate was RUDE and condescending. Worst customer service I have ever received. They better hope there isn't a next time where I receive an online order with the stupid security tag still attached to the clothing.
