  I have never experienced what I experienced today, I’ve always purchased my firearms through this academy until today, The dike female they have working at the fire arm station is horrible!! I will never be using this Academy again to purchase anything.! Zero Stars for this academy thanks to your Dike Employee you have working at the fire arm station.!

  Very good academy store I stopped in live in Beaumont they are better stocked than our store they had more reloading supplies powder and primers not a lot of dies and bullets for reloading were not great but definitely better than Beaumont Texas store which is very sorry store for reloading supplies

  Never in my life have I been racially profiled until today. I went to get my fishing license and a couple of other items as well. My brother and I had just finished shopping and went to check out. While waiting in line, we went to separate registers to buy our items. He went to one register and I went to another. When I got to the register, I had separated my two items for two different payments and asked for my fishing license. The lady at register eight was super kind and provided wonderful service. However, when I asked about getting my husband his fishing license, she asked for assistance since he needed a special license. I’m not sure if the other employee’s name was Nicole. When she came over to help, she said that they had stopped giving out fishing licenses at 9:30. The cashier and I were both very confused. The cashier even questioned when that policy was placed because she had not heard of it before. I was more confused because they had just given my brother a fishing license at the other register. When I asked how they were able to give my brother a fishing license but not my husband or I, she simply walked away and didn’t comment. I have felt very disrespected as the fact that I’ve always went to this location and never have I had this type of service until now

  Great clearance going on, but you have to walk the whole store to find it. Same for water bottles and accessories. Wouldn't it make sense to put them in one place so people (and emplyees) can find them? 🤷‍♀️
