  Terrible quality. I bought a pair of shoes for my daughter, and after only 2 months, they completely fell apart. At the time of purchase, we were encouraged to buy a warranty and were told the shoes would be replaced if anything happened. When we returned to the store, they refused to help us and said we had to go through the website for any claims, as they don’t handle returns in-store. This was never clearly explained when we purchased the warranty. Very disappointing experience poor quality products and misleading customer service. I would not recommend this company.

  Do NOT buy sale items in this store. They are NON REFUNDABLE and this expectation is not set prior to purchase. The staff are nothing short of purposely unhelpful and hide behind policy. Their defence being that there is a sign in store (in size 6 font. See pic below). Bought a jumper while visiting from out of town. No expectation set at point of sale about returns. No sizes to swap out the jumper to. I was offered a credit note which was of no use as I live internationally. Surprisingly unhelpful staff given the USA focus on service. My strong advice would be to avoid this store entirely.

  I came here looking for a racket after the airline, lost mine, and this amazing employee that everything he could to find me one. D’Marrea Steed, the best employee at Wilson, and he genuinely cares about his job and it shows. Thank you so much!

  I recently visited the Wilson Store in Houston for their grand opening. I was really impressed with the store, from the selection of clothes to the customer service. The clothes are all made from high-quality materials and are very stylish. I especially liked the selection of tennis apparel, as I'm a big fan of the sport. The staff was also very helpful and knowledgeable, and they were able to help me find the perfect outfit for my needs. I also really enjoyed the grand opening festivities. There was live music, free food, and even custom stitching on some of the clothes. It was a great way to celebrate the opening of the store and to meet other people who are passionate about Wilson products. Overall, I had a great experience at the Wilson Store in Houston. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for high-quality sportswear or tennis apparel. Pros: High-quality clothes Stylish designs Helpful and knowledgeable staff Great selection of tennis apparel Fun and festive grand opening Cons: Can be a bit pricey Overall: I highly recommend the Wilson Store in Houston. It's a great place to find high-quality sportswear and tennis apparel. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the grand opening festivities are a lot of fun.
