  Had such a great experience with Rebecca at Thomas Markle Jewelers. She was incredibly helpful and really knew her stuff, but what stood out most was how much time she took with me. She walked me through the history of Rolex and even shared the story behind the store, which made the whole visit feel a lot more personal. I can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. She took the time to get to know me, and she was just super easy and fun to talk to. No pressure at all, just a really relaxed and welcoming vibe. The store itself is beautiful and very inviting. It was my first time here, but I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I’m in the market for watches or jewelry.

  Came in last weekend to celebrate a recent promotion with a Tudor watch, and the visit exceeded every expectation. Eddie helped me with my purchase and was fantastic! He was professional and knowledgable, but overall genuinely fun to talk to. He took the time to get to know my interests and style when I was deciding between models. But we also had a great conversation beyond watches and chatted about work, hobbies, traveling etc. This made the experience more memorable and personal rather than just another sale. The entire staff was attentive and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Overall just great energy throughout the store. I live nearby so I'm excited to have found my go-to spot for watches/jewelry, and I plan to come back for future milestones!

  Thomas Markle appears to be an upscale jewelry store. However, looks can be deceiving. They are all about the bottom dollar and making a profit. They don't care about the customer. I took my time piece that was 4.5 years old there because it has never kept good time. I take good care of it and put it in its box every night. I wear it daily so it does have a little wear. I met with Victoria and told her the problem. She immediately told me that it is because it has never been serviced and that would fix it and that it would be $1300.00. I asked if it was not covered under warranty. The then changed her tone and said "oh, that's a different story." She said she would send it to New York and it would be 2-4 months. She also told me that they would fix it but would not tell me what they did to it, which I thought was strange. 3 1/2 business days later, I get a text from Victoria stating the service center in NY had already received it and examined it and it had a substantial impact and that i why it didn't keep good time. It would be $815.00. I find it hard to believe that it was shipped to NY and examined it 3.5 days when originally was going to take 2-4 months. When i dropped it off, Victoria gave me an envelope and stated that that was my claim check. I never looked at it until I went to pick it up. She noted on the ticket that the bezel was dented and the crystal was chipped, yet she never mentioned this to me when we had a face to face conversation. They are very deceptive. I spoke to Salice the manager. She was of no help either. When I told her I was going to write a review, she asked what else I would have liked them to do. I told her it should be covered under warranty. What is the warranty for? She stated again about the impact. I told the watch had never been dropped. It obviously had to be an impact and couldn't be the quality of the product because then she would have to pay for it. She refused to respond. Be careful doing business with these people. They are not customer friendly.

  It was a great experience working with Molina! She assisted us in finding the perfect watch to celebrate our anniversary, and her expertise made the entire process seamless. She really took the time to understand what we were looking for without any pressure. If you’re looking for a special piece to mark a milestone, I highly recommend asking for her. We couldn't be happier with the choice!

  From the moment I walked into Thomas Markle, I received nothing but top-tier service. Not only do they carry incredible pieces, but the customer service is honestly some of the best I’ve experienced anywhere. I’d compare it to the level of attention and care you’d expect at the Ritz-Carlton every detail is handled with intention. I want to give a huge shoutout to Eddie. He’s been nothing but exceptional from day one. His recommendations were spot on, and he made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in what he does. I’ve been searching for a few specific pieces for years, and Eddie was actually able to source them for me, which says a lot. That alone earned my trust, but the overall experience sealed it. Really appreciate Eddie and the whole team for making this such a great experience. I’ll definitely continue shopping with them 🙏
