  Got my prescription ray ban sunglasses here. Excellent service level commensurate with the river oaks shopping district. Largest designer collection in the city. Manager is very attention to detail and great sense of humor.

  Daniel, a manager from another location, was there today helping out and my girlfriend and I had a great time working with him. Staff seems very knowledgeable and eager to assist customers.

  The woman who helped us, apologies don’t remember her name, but she was so hopeful and once she saw the styles we were going for, brought out several suggestions. Very friendly and attentive service. Kudos to her and Sunglass Hut!!

  Mr. Billy was super friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. He is very welcoming, knowledgeable and kind! He’s passionate about his job and gave us lots of useful information about sunglasses and what Sunglass Hut offers in terms of taking can of your glasses. He didn’t rush us or make us feel unwelcome. Never going back to the Rice Village location. What a world of a difference in terms of kindness and treatment. Thank you again Mr. Billy! Will be back soon!

  Absolute buffoons! took advantage of my elderly father who was trying to return some glasses. They did not let him return it because of a scratch. there was no scratch in sight!
