  Jen was extremely helpful, guided my partner to help find exactly what it was that she wanted for an engagement ring. Went to three other appointments at different jewelry stores afterwards and Jen was by far the most helpful at Robbins Brothers.

  I bought a platinum custom wedding band here late September of last year and all was great until a few months into owning it I was sitting in a job interview and thought I heard my pen fall. Come to find out when I bent over to pick it up it was 3 pieces of my platinum band that just broke on my finger. I can only describe the jewelry store’s response to me dropping this off in pieces when platinum is supposedly pretty hard to break as a shrug oh well. I am on week 3 of no updates and they quite frankly don’t seem to give much of a care in the world they sold me a defective product nor have yet to figure out why platinum does this out of nowhere nor reached out once to provide an update. I recommend if you are sentimental like me and want your wedding band to last longer than a couple of months or good service when your jewelry is sold defectively to avoid this place. I wish I had bought my band somewhere else even though it’s insured and hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

  Robbins Brothers has NEVER failed me! Engagement band. Wedding ring. Wedding band. And now, another band to celebrate my anniversary. I’ve looked elsewhere but always return for the quality and prices. This time, Jen helped me choose the right band for the occasion. Friendly, personable, and knowledgeable , she and others like her are the reason I’m a repeat customer. Customer service seems to be priority number one here. If you’re reading this and considering whether or not to purchase here, GO! You won’t regret it!

  I had such a wonderful experience working with Jason at Robbins Brothers. My husband and I had both lost our wedding bands over the years, and after my husband recently passed away, I wanted to replace them so he could be buried with his ring. This was obviously a very emotional situation for me, but Jason handled everything with so much kindness, patience, and compassion. He went above and beyond by looking up our original ring orders from 2011 and helping me find bands that were as close as possible to the originals. That meant more to me than I can put into words. He never made me feel rushed and was incredibly understanding throughout the entire process. Because of Jason, what could have been a very difficult experience became something meaningful and comforting. I truly can’t say enough good things about him. Thank you so much for your help and your kindness — I will never forget it.
