  I had a wonderful experience today during Marc Jacob’s Bark Jacobs event. Epiphany and every person at the store were so kind. Epiphany helped communicate with me and the pet portrait artist what I wanted on my bag and it came out beautiful. I just lost my dog so this means a whole lot. Thank yall so much. Yall have a customer for life!

  i would give them a zero of if i could, the white lady who was working on 4/27/2025 @ 5 pm today was racially profiling me and my partner. following us around the store, constantly staring at us, asking us questions when i clearly stated i didn’t need any help. i’ve purchased from marc jobs plenty of times and this has never happened until now. i’m very disappointed & disgusted. she followed around the black couple but the white couple freely got to look without her breathing down their shoulders. not a good look marc jacobs.
