  We stopped by this location while at the mall, and as we were walking in my oldest daughter decided to go across the way to another store. An associate with glasses welcomed us to the store and I didn't think anything of it. As we were checking out he put our items in a bag and then grabbed another bag and mentioned that he'd seen my other daughter carrying her purchase in her hands and how most places now charge for bags. It's little things like this that make me take pause, that bag cost the company pennies but the gesture was what mattered. Excellent customer service!

  I purchased a Boxy Tote from the Lululemon website but unfortunately received it with the security tag still attached. Since the store closest to me recently closed, I had to drive to the Memorial City Mall location to have it removed. To my surprise, the educators there were extremely friendly and helpful. Ms. Oriana assisted me right away and even apologized for the inconvenience, though it wasn’t her fault. She thoughtfully found the proper device to remove the tag so my bag wouldn’t be bent or damaged, and even offered a Lululemon shopping bag to protect it since it was raining outside. She was incredibly attentive and kind—truly one of the most thoughtful Lululemon educators I’ve met. She also helped my daughter look for the right size top, and although we didn’t find the perfect fit, we really appreciated her help.

  I had to make a return and they said they didn’t have my size, they placed an order to have it shipped to my house just for them to have placed the same size I was returning. Now again I have to go through the return process.

  I love visiting this store! Lou and Julia, the managers, have been extremely helpful and kind every time.

  All the employees are very rude specially the people at check out, I went to the store to do an exchange and the lady said only members can do it, I explained to her that I ordered only and that I was a “member” she didn’t want to help me from the beginning and finally after a long time trying to proof my purchase she proceeded to do it, I wasn’t able to get a bag because maybe I need to pay for one but I was very upset at this store, hopefully they hired new people with good customer service 👍 I’ll never comeback again
