  Marcus was EXTREMELY helpful. Beyond what a typical sales associate would do. He helped me find every piece I was looking for, for a three piece matching set. He called rice village to hold a toll for me and was patient every time I wanted to change the color or style I initially mentioned I was looking for. He’s so upbeat and friendly. I loved chatting with him and he made my entire experience less stressful when I was a little panicked I wouldn’t find what I needed before my race date. Their new location at MKT is GORG! Everybody should ask for Marcus for their shopping needs.

  No restrooms at the new location. Very inconvenient being told to go to lalaland to use their restrooms. When it was first opened the ladies did let me use the restrooms by the back exit door. Today the men said no restrooms, probably won’t be back at this location.

  update: went all the way back again today and they sold the item. Extremely disappointing experience at this location. I called the store twice around 2pm and received no answer, so I left a voicemail. When I finally got through at 6pm, I explained that the store was far for me, but I was willing to make the drive because I was told the item would be put back on the floor at 10am the next day. I rushed over that evening and arrived at the marketplace around 6:54pm. Unfortunately, I could not find the store and called again for directions. The employee on the phone could not give clear directions and only said the store was “near Lalaland,” which is very broad since that business is centrally located in the area. I explained that I was lost and had already driven over an hour, largely due to earlier missed calls from the store. The employee I spoke with couldn’t tell me where they were located. Anthen told me after asking the manager that nothing could be done. When I asked to speak with the manager directly, I was told I would need to return by 10am the next day. Given the circumstances, I would have expected at least some effort to meet halfway if not staying open a few extra minutes, then at minimum offering to hold the item for the next day. Instead, the response was dismissive, and excuses were made for the lack of attentiveness to customer calls. I shop at lululemon often, but this location does not know how to treat customers. Very disappointing.
