  I hope Lululemon will take customer concerns seriously and work to improve situations like this. When customers feel unhappy with their experience, it’s important for the company to address the issue rather than ignore it. Doing so helps maintain the positive reputation of the brand and reflects the customer-focused values that Lululemon is known for. I believe better attention to customer service and communication would benefit both the company and its customers.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Lululemon store in the Galleria. The store manager was extremely rude when I tried to exchange a bag I purchased. Instead of politely helping or explaining the policy, she argued with me and had a very negative attitude. Customer service should always be respectful, especially from a manager. Even when a request cannot be fulfilled, the situation should be handled professionally. In this case, I was even willing to exchange for a more expensive item, but the manager still responded with an unpleasant attitude. A store manager sets the example for the entire staff. If the manager treats customers this way, it raises concerns about what kind of customer service standards are being taught to the employees. This experience was very upsetting, and I hope the store provides additional customer service training for management so future customers are treated with more respect.

  The store manager Lee, Stephanie, and all the employees there were just so awesome. This is hands-down the best Lululemon where upon walking in you just get good vibes. All the girls were really kind to help and give advice and you can tell they have a good strong team going. Thank you for giving me a new outlook on lululemon!
