  Excellent service! The staff helped resolve my issue quickly and professionally, and everything was done free of charge, which I truly appreciate. The team is polite, attentive, and genuinely cares about their customers. I had a very positive experience overall. Highly recommended!

  For the amount of money that they charge for cologne, they should do a better job. They do smell amazing but when ordered and delivered the caps come broken. Out of three bottles that I ordered two bottles had broken caps and when I contacted corporate office and sent photos, all they wanted to do was send me a free sample which has two or three sprays in it; literally one of those tiny perfume vials. I also went to the store to get the cologne refilled at the store and even though it is cheaper, it does not seem like the same strength of what you order from the corporate office. I ordered another bottle the other day and the same thing with a broken cap.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Houston location. As someone with a significant social media presence and very high purchasing power, I chose to shop in-store for the first time rather than ordering online. Unfortunately, I was not welcomed warmly at all. Upon arrival, I was dressed casually in a full ALO set and was completely ignored for nearly 10 minutes. Two customer advisors looked at me, appeared to snicker, and did not greet or acknowledge me. I intentionally sat down to see if anyone would offer assistance, and no one approached me. The only person who greeted me and provided professional service was a Filipino sales advisor who went out of his way to assist and retrieve products for me. He was courteous and attentive — the level of service I expected from the start. As a Black woman from this area, it was disheartening to feel dismissed and overlooked, especially by other Black women working as sales associates. I did make a purchase, but I will not be returning to this location. I would recommend the Woodlands location instead for a more welcoming experience. Customer service should be consistent and respectful, regardless of how someone is dressed or perceived.

  Worst customer service ever!!! We'd never expected to have such a sad experience with LV store. We always do engraving and never ever had any issues with that moreover other stores were offering this service without even asking but this store just refused to do so with no reason... very disappointed Louis Vuitton Galleria! No wonder that this store was so empty!
