  Terrible experience while shopping with my family. I was trying to purchase a suit, but the cashier insisted the price was incorrect. I even asked them to check the cameras or system to confirm that I picked it directly from their display, yet they continued to treat me poorly. It wasn’t about the price it was only a $60 item. It was the way I was treated that made the experience unacceptable. I hope management can see my review and made the right corrections with their employees.

  This location has employees that discriminated against my 15 year old daughter and myself without remorse. We were put through unnecessary unfair treatment and embarrassment. Management at the time handled the situation poorly!!!! The manager responded contradicting what the worker was saying and try to cover her and employees tracks by ignoring the fact of what had just happened for 30 minutes while witnessing it all happened and not taking care of the situation until after 30 minutes. She recommended I called the store manager “Michelle” on the following Monday to voice any concerns about the incident. Unbelievably!! I hope no one else has to go those this!!!

  I went to JCP portrait photo by lifetouch for a photoshoot with my daughters first of all I paid trough Groupon $26 which was covered 3 digital photos + 1 print . I did bunch of nice photo so the lady offered me a deal $140 to have them all digitally, I said okay but then later when once I received the photo they are all bad resolution and blurred, bad quality all the photos nothing that I can use. I am so disappointed after all $140 for photos

  I went shopping for bras today, thinking JCPennys would give me decent quality and good price. I found really bad selection but what was worse.... I went into the LINGERIE departments dressing room... lingerie is for women.... and there was a man (dressed like a man no less) in there. Taller than the doors, which would give me no privacy to change. I had to wait for him to leave to do so. It was embarrasing! I didn't make a scene but I should have. If children had been with me, I would have for sure. There should be no reason men come into the ladies dressing room. Be more classy than that, JCPennies!
