  one of the employees was extremely rude, when i was waiting in line she was staring at me up and down and then rolled her eyes, i ignored it wtv she was probably having a bad day, i go up to her register give her my items and she does her thing and then lastly i give her an item that i dont want anymore i apologize saying i dont want it anymore and hand it over, the women literally grabs it and throws it and looks at me mad weird. saying under her breath “ugh” and something else i didn’t catch on. i didn’t tell her anything trying to keep my compuse and just left. her name vanesa as stated on the receipt.

  The worker was rude looking up and down at me and my friend w an attitude poor customer service she’s big and rude and my friend gave her an item then she just threw a it a cross her name is : “Vanesa” Associate ID: 53928 I came in on 2/21 @5:14pm

  I went in to the store the first associate didn’t see me she was putting clothes on racks cool, I went to the register area due to me finding some dresses online that I was interested in, the associate was helping someone and I stood to the side when she was done she walked away from the register area and didn’t acknowledge me greet me or anything so then I started saying hello excuse me she continued to ignore me I then screamed excuse me at which time she came over I showed her the dresses she started speed walking through the store and then was showing me every color and style except what I showed her so at this point I asked her did she not know how to look them up in the system she still didn’t turn around or give me eye contact she just kept walking fast and leaving me behind at which time I just left and drive to our first colony Windsor where I was greeted as soon as I came into her view at the store she helped me find dresses and even suggested a few. Thank you Tori, to the lady at the galleria customer service is not your strong suit and you should quit or be reassigned to the stock room

  The customer service skills are nonexistent in this store. It’s the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced at a clothing store by far. To begin 5 of the employees were in the center of the store chatting while there was a line waiting for a store worker to open the fitting room doors and people waiting to check out. I let them know and they just stared at me and didn’t say anything. Afterwards my sister asked for me to get help with trying on shoes. The lady came with no smile, just a blank expression and asked me “What shoe?” I let her know what shoe and gave it to her. She then threw them down and left to go get the right size without a word. I was astonished at this level of rudeness and I told the manager what happened. She looked at us and didn’t say one word and walked away. My friend and my sister and I were astounded. The only reason why I’m giving the store a 2 is because they have nice dresses with decent prices.
