- TTTwinTiyaJan 3, 20262.0The customer service skills are nonexistent in this store. It’s the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced at a clothing store by far. To begin 5 of the employees were in the center of the store chatting while there was a line waiting for a store worker to open the fitting room doors and people waiting to check out. I let them know and they just stared at me and didn’t say anything. Afterwards my sister asked for me to get help with trying on shoes. The lady came with no smile, just a blank expression and asked me “What shoe?” I let her know what shoe and gave it to her. She then threw them down and left to go get the right size without a word. I was astonished at this level of rudeness and I told the manager what happened. She looked at us and didn’t say one word and walked away. My friend and my sister and I were astounded. The only reason why I’m giving the store a 2 is because they have nice dresses with decent prices.

I’ve come about 2 or 3 times, and have yet to NOT encounter a rude staff member. I can’t wrap my head around it. How is it possible to only have rude staff? It’s not just one, it’s all of them. They intimidate me when I ask questions, so I constantly find myself walking out of the store without buying anything. Is being rude on the job application? This is a genuine question. Please find kinder staff whom are more helpful and respectful to their customers.
