The lady at the store said I was unable to return them because of “a little stain”. I think it aggravated me more so that she acknowledged that it was a small stain, which it would’ve had to have come with since I only ever tried them on, and still was so hard set on not helping me. Maybe she had a bad day, but still how is Vans supposed to handle online returns if it goes like this. Probably will just return via online but I honestly didn’t expect it this!
