  The boutique is extremely charming and beautifully decorated. I was so impressed with the hospitality of Ray in sales and Jessica as a host. They are foremost the top of the line people in Van Cleef which made my purchase experience absolutely fantastic! They are so warm and inviting. I got exactly what I’ve been dreaming of! Thank you Ray and Jessica! I will be forever your client ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  First let me say the experience the day I was in the boutique was wonderful. The reason for my rating is the return policy of which I was not informed of before the purchase. The boutique only accepts returns for refund for online purchases. If you purchase in store, an exchange or merchandise credit is your only option. This is supposedly posted on the sales desk. At no point was this pointed out to me. So, lesson learned. Unless you are 1000% sure of your selection, DO NOT purchase in store. Purchase only online.

  My boyfriend and I were celebrating our anniversary and as a gift to me, he wanted to purchase me an Alhambra pendant. I booked an appointment with Madison and she was so lovely. She took her time to show me many stone options, including size differences between the Sweet vs Vintage Alhambra and let me try on the matching Vintage Alhambra bracelets so I could consider what type of matching set I would want in the future. She was kind, attentive, knowledgeable and let me take my time when looking at everything. She even explained the history behind the jewelry. Her dedication to stellar service stood out to me and is something I look for when shopping for designer pieces. Also, they moved to a bigger boutique and it’s beautiful. If you’re interested in purchasing something from Van Cleef & Arpels, I highly recommend booking with Madison. Patrick is her sales partner, and I got to briefly meet him and he seemed very kind as well.

  I had an outstanding experience stopping by the River Oaks District store on a whim a week before my 40th anniversary. Madison greeted me, looked up my past purchases, and walked me through my clueless approach with grace, detailed knowledge, and wonderful ideas and style. Then, she and Patrick consulted and helped me make a most successful decision. Together they made a stressful process a complete delight.

  I stopped by the new boutique with the simple intention of getting ideas for my wife’s upcoming birthday in December. As always, Raymark never fails; my guy showed me beautiful pieces with patience and care, never once making me feel like a nuisance even though my purchase will come later. His consistency and genuine approach made the experience enjoyable and effortless. VCA and Raymark is a recipe you can't beat!
