  I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Van Cleef. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt elegant yet welcoming. The sales associate was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about the pieces. They took the time to explain the collection, which made the experience feel personal and meaningful rather than transactional. I never felt rushed or pressured, just guided with care and professionalism. Overall, it was a memorable experience. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for exquisite jewelry and first-class service.

  I had a wonderful experience at this Van Cleef boutique. The staff were warm, attentive, and made the visit feel relaxed and enjoyable. I found something truly special for my wife, and seeing her reaction was the highlight of the day. The pieces are even more stunning in person, with flawless quality and presentation. I’ll certainly return for future special occasions

  I’ve long admired Van Cleef & Arpels for its craftsmanship and heritage. Unfortunately, the boutique experience did not reflect the same level of sophistication. Luxury should feel gracious, not intimidating. A client prepared to invest five figures should feel respected and comfortable. I hope leadership prioritizes hospitality as much as exclusivity.

  Very disappointing experience. I intended to purchase a gift but was traveling and wouldn’t be present when it was given. I asked if I could purchase the item and have the recipient come into the store later to select the correct size. This request was declined, and no reasonable accommodation was offered. This was surprising for a luxury brand. I had no issue doing exactly this with David Yurman—where I was able to select the item, pay for it in advance, and they assisted the recipient with sizing when she came in. You can position yourself as a luxury brand, but customer service should reflect that. Unfortunately, this experience felt rigid and transactional. From a customer service standpoint, I would recommend David Yurman over Van Cleef.

  Luxury prices, budget manners. We stood in the store for nearly 20 minutes without a single greeting or acknowledgment. Apparently, ignoring customers is part of the experience. When we returned to pick up the Alhambra bracelet, the stone was already scratched despite never being worn. It was only addressed after we noticed it ourselves. Good thing we chose in-store pickup; otherwise, I am sure the damage would have become our responsibility. The final touch was a staff member who spoke without courtesy and handed the bracelet over as if he could not wait for us to leave. This store confuses luxury with arrogance. The products may be expensive, but the service is cheap. I will not be returning and would not recommend this store to anyone.
