From the very start, she was so warm, personal, and genuinely invested in helping me. I had reached out about a specific style and color that wasn’t coming back, and she didn’t just stop there. Jenny let me know there was still one color left, sent me the cutest photos of the bag from every angle (like the kind of photos a bag would want to be in!), and had it shipped to me in just two business days. How does one even begin to top that kind of care and sincerity? Jenny, you’ve set the bar so high =] thank you for being amazing!

I came back to ask about the driving shoes that were bought for me that I've worn quite a bit. Instead of dismissing me like other stores have, they took the time to explain the details, from construction to normal wear and tear, how they're supposed to stretch a little after wearing them and even how some have removable insoles in case I wanted to put my own insoles (ingenious idea btw)...they even went above and beyond by offering to see if any repairs were possible which was a total surprise because it's a shoe and meant to be worn and eventually replaced no matter how expensive it is. In the end I declined their offer for a repair and got another driving shoe. Tod's Houston, you have a customer for life.
