Very unprofessional for a “high end” jewelry store. I get way better service at Cartier and other stores even like Swarovski and def better quality too. If they wanna charge me that much at least they could act properly. Their silver jewelry rusts so fast and they now charge 20 per necklace cleaning very cheap of them and desperate for money if you ask me. Also one of the sales associate was so pushy for me to buy the diamond heart tag when I just wanted gold and she lied and said it wasn’t in stock and when I asked someone else it was magically there. Why are they so desperate to make money? Feels like a cheap store w that attitude…
