  I stopped by to look at both watches and jewelry. Rebecca was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on both. She took the time to show me several options and, after exchanging a few photos and ideas via text after the visit, she advised on a few specific options that would be a great fit and was able to source an item for me quickly. The hospitality from the rest of the team was excellent as well, leading to a great overall experience.

  I stopped into Thomas Markle right after work and wasn't exactly dressed for the luxury showroom, but Eddie welcomed me like I belonged there. He offered me a coffee, asked what I was looking for, and took the time to walk me around the store. He shared the history and unique style of each jeweler they carry, explained where their gemstones are sourced, and even broke down the details behind the different watch brands they offer. With my anniversary coming up, Eddie helped me find a piece that fit my story and the milestones my wife and I have reached together. I left with a beautiful gift for her and a new go-to home for all my fine jewelry and time piece needs. Eddie made the entire experience exceptional and I hope to continue my relationship with Thomas Markle in the future.

  Eddie is my guy at Thomas Markle Jewelers on I-10. He’s the one you want to deal with. I requested a specific OP, and and after some time he pulled through with a beautiful piece. He’s enthusiastic, funny, always cracking jokes, and somehow finds time for us even when he’s slammed. Every visit is a good experience because of him.   I had an amazing experience during my first visit at Thomas Markle Jewelers. I went in for servicing my Tudor BB58 and from the moment I walked in, the service was exceptional, I was greeted by everyone and Molina, my sales associate, was incredibly knowledgeable about the watches and took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and enthusiasm. I took some time to look at a few other watches and Molina expertise is unmatched her professionalism made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. I truly appreciated the warm atmosphere and the level of care I received. If you’re looking for a top-tier buying experience and someone who genuinely knows their craft, ask for Molina.
