  I’ve been working with Roland at Thomas Markle Jewelers for a little over two years and the experience has always been excellent. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and truly passionate about watches. Recently, Roland helped me acquire my Rolex Submariner “Starbucks,” and the entire process was smooth and enjoyable. What I appreciate most is that Roland truly understands collectors and values long-term relationships with his clients. The service at Thomas Markle Jewelers has always been outstanding, and working with Roland has made building my Rolex collection a great experience. Highly recommend asking for Roland if you visit the store.

  I had a great experience with Rebecca at Thomas Markle Jewelers. While some other jewelers I visited were rude and unhelpful, Rebecca treated me with kindness and professionalism from the start. I asked her about a Rolex, and she gave me very positive and honest feedback. She is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. I truly appreciated her help and would definitely recommend working with Rebecca if you visit Thomas Markle Jewelry.

  I would highly recommend this location of Thomas Markle Jewelers for all of your jewelry needs if you live in Houston. The customer service is wonderful, we were greeted as soon as we first walked in and offered a beverage while we shopped. We were instantly introduced to Roland, a very charismatic, friendly, and knowledgeable sales representative who helped my wife and I find exactly what we were looking for. Roland was very patient, and took his time to show us everything that they had in stock that he thought we would like. We ended up purchasing a lovely rose gold diamond band to compliment my wife’s engagement/wedding ring. My wife left her ring and a pair of her diamond earrings that needed the prongs repaired/replaced. When we returned post repair to retrieve the ring and earrings they were the cleanest they have been since new and the repairs were expertly done. They have a beautiful selection of Jewelry and timepieces at this store and the service is absolutely top notch!

  I had a great experience at Thomas Markle Jewelers. Sue was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while I was deciding between a couple of Tudor models. She took the time to explain the differences and made the entire process relaxed and enjoyable. She also kindly let me try on a few Rolex pieces so I could get a better feel for them, which I truly appreciated. The experience felt professional, welcoming, and never rushed. I am very happy with my Tudor and look forward to working with Sue again in the future. Highly recommend.

  Great initial experience at Thomas Markle today. I dropped in without an appointment to chat about Rolex and try on a few models to narrow down what I'm looking for. Friendly staff immediately made me feel welcome and connected me with Rebecca. She was great! Very knowledgeable about Rolex of course, but more than that, she really has a passion for the excellence and mission the brand represents. Until today, I didn't have an appreciation for the philanthropy supported by Rolex via the Hans Wilsdorf Foundation which she helped me to better understand. Rebecca spent over an hour with me trying on various models so I could determine dial color, case size, and preference on bezel and bracelet styles. Was a very nice experience that I'll plan to come back to now that I've got my target models lined up. Will also browse the Tudor lineup they have when time permits. Would recommend Thomas Markle and Rebecca to those who want an unhurried and personal experience vs. something transactional / digital and to those interested in learning about the depth of these brands and the excellence they stand for.
