  Our experience at Thomas Markle was perfect with Eddie as our engagement ring consultant. I brought in the diamond we wanted to use for the ring and Eddie guided us through the entire process. He listened to everything my now fiancé wanted and worked with us to ensure the ring was perfect. From our first consultation to the day we picked up the ring Eddie was professional and knowledgeable. He provided guidance and let us make decisions at our own pace. Never pressuring us and giving us the time process all the information he provided. His expertise resulted on a beautiful ring. And we couldn’t be happier to have worked with Eddie thoughtout the process. He was knowledgeable every step of the way. We highly recommend Eddie! He was knowledgeable, personable, and professional. We truly enjoyed working with him. He made this experience truly enjoyable. We cannot recommend Eddie enough. Thank you Eddie for helping us create a beautiful ring!

  Rebecca was truly a delight to speak with today. She took 30 minutes to walk me through the history of Rolex and Tudor, which gave me a more rich context for what makes their timepieces so special. She really made me feel comfortable in the store in a way that certainly felt unique amongst past experiences in other boutiques. Would certainly recommend a trip down to TM!

  Yet again had an amazing experience working with Rebecca Telle one of Houston’s true OGs in the diamond world. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and perfectionism are unmatched. I gave her a vision, and she brought it to life with a dream custom engagement ring that exceeded every expectation. Every purchase with her has been flawless. What started off with my first Tudor watch has grown into something more! This Isn’t about purchases, it’s about creating memories and building relationships Highly recommend Thomas Markle and Rebecca!

  I stopped by the store after seeing an amazing Tudor watch online. The associate, Rebecca, took the time to tell me about the watch, its exclusivity, and the background of the brand. We spoke for about 20 minutes, during which she shared the company’s history and information about the various brands they carry. It was a very informative visit. The piece I’m interested in is a very limited release. She collected my information and will look into whether it can still be ordered—fingers crossed.

  We had a wonderful experience at this jewelry store thanks to Rebecca. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and answered all of our questions in detail. Rebecca also shared the history of the store, its owner, and the background of several brands they represent, which made the visit especially interesting and personal. My wife and I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. We’re extremely happy with our experience and would definitely recommend this store to others.
