  I bought some sunglasses for my son which were too big for him and the manager said she wouldn’t return them because the box was opened. No damage still in new condition. It doesn’t say anywhere on the receipt or return policy that glasses cannot be opened. She was very rude and after I spoke with another Sunglass hut which also told me I can return the glasses the manger called her then she returned the with an attitude. Do not buy glasses from here

  Love buying my glasses at this Sunglasses Hut. The customer service is top notch! Manager Selia and her team is always there to advice you what sunglasses work best for you. This location has one of the best selections in town!

  I’m a regular client and All of the employees always great me and help me find the perfect pair of shades. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to their product that they sell. Always have promotions going on!

  Tried to return some sunglasses back because of fitment. It was a christmas gift and unfortunately they were too small for my dad. When we took them back here to return or exchange Selia was rude and said she couldn't take them back because of scratches you could hardly see. The glasses were only tried on once. She offered to give us half credit towards new sunglasses but couldn't take them back? My problem was I didn't check for scratches. Anyway I don't recommend buying your glasses here. Poor customer service and not Selia was not friendly nor understanding.
