- NNNg NgAug 23, 20251.0Bought a couple of sunglasses online and came here to return. Before I went, I called customer service and they said they accept the return here. Came to the store and their lazy employee said No, you cant return here without checking the system. I had to be back and forth with her for a while to be able to return them. Never recommend this store to anyone. They should fire this lazy employee as she represents a bad taste to the company. (For record, she works this morning Aug 23rd 2025 morning shift 10:30am). I should have taken her ID and post it here

Bought a pair from them and tried to return it the next day and the employees said they were too busy to do returns, I would need to come back on a Monday. Guess what, I came back and they still wouldn’t do return either. The manager at this sunglass store is a joke and conveniently creates their own policy as they please. Macys management can’t even overide them.
