If I could leave -5 stars I most definitely would, I am a pretty active member within the community and it was one of few stops I had while being in the area, the moment I walk in, not a single greeting or welcoming of any kind which I am pretty neutral about, but then I get singled out by what I am assuming is a manager, she was a short statured lady with an accent.
She singled me out almost immediately saying “oh you sir you’re head is big it’s gonna be a large and you’re only got be able to fit a Large it’s too big” yes she doubled down like that and the store is not the biggest and so being singled out among 4 other people in the store was embarrassing and disrespectful while having other people scoff at me she then tries to redirect me to a size only carries Large and then give me a pair, wear them, put them back. I then proceed to walk around and simply browse around and when I run into a pair with some chromatic shades a take a pair out to admire the work and then as if in an echo chamber I hear “SIR those are not gonna fit you you’re a LARGE” I then respond with “I know I’m simply checking them out” I then put the pair back and simply walk out of the store.
All in all a pretty disrespectful and eye opening experience, for a brand that seems represent grandeur they sure know how to make the customer feel welcomed but instead I was singled out, profiled (perhaps because I looked too casual) , and disrespected about my appearance. Also I couldn’t believe the audacity and the assumption of the employee, like what if I was shopping for a friend or for family. This was the worst experience by far and they’re was multiple different instances this could’ve gone. I’d wish for some compensatory for a first disrespectful visit, but alas they don’t seem to be an accommodating bunch.

Carol the store manager is amazing. She helped me out with a difficult situation with a non recipe return and she took very good care of me. 10/10 customer service this is why we always come here!!! Highly recommend.

Ann is losing this location business. It's a very uncomfortable shopping experience. I appreciate someone taking their job seriously, but this isn't that. You feel like you're doing something wrong just by stepping foot into the store.

Just a terrible experience. Im not sure a company can be more inept, including both Sunglass Hut and Lenscrafters. Talk about really screwing a customer. Ordered glasses on a sale. 6 days later they tell me they are out of stock. It then takes 5 days to get a refund and now those glasses are no longer on sale or even available in other locations. Do not ever shop here. Stacy was fine.
