- KNKristy Nguyen1 day ago1.0Do not buy here. This sunglasses hut store in memorial city mall has the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced. The manager lady, Abeda Hamdi, and her other associates was terrible to me and my mom who came to fix a pair sunglasses we bought from them. We also bought multiple pairs of glasses from them before despite multiple bad experiences but we trusted that they would at least be able to help us with ordering 2 small parts (backings and screws for the lens). They made us wait for an hour just to say that we would have to come back (we told them that we live 50 minutes away). Then it turns out they did not even order all the right parts. We tried to express our frustration to which they dismissed and told us to go to another store. The management here should be reevaluated by higher ups for their horrendous customer service and irresponsibility. We went to another location and they got everything taken care of right away and did not charge us a single penny. do yourself a favor and TRUST THE BAD REVIEWS. don’t make the same mistake we did.

The person on the phone said, "just come on in and we can show them to you." Guess what happened when I arrived. They didn't have time due to the appointments. What a waste of my time due to your incompetence.

I made an appointment a month in advance, went at the scheduled time, and they didn’t have the model and size I wanted. They told me it would arrive after 3 p.m. that day and asked me to call to confirm — of course, it still hadn’t arrived. Then they said maybe tomorrow or next week. The next day when I called again, they suggested I check with Best Buy or another branch instead. Excuse me, but if I have to ask somewhere else, why did I wait an entire month for my appointment date? If you’re giving me an appointment, you should have the product I requested in stock — there’s no alternative to that. They claimed they’d notify me when new products arrived, but I don’t believe or trust that at all. I don’t recommend anyone make an appointment here because they are completely unreliable.
