  Loved this place when originally purchasing our rings, but would no longer recommend them to people. My husband and I have had too many unfortunate experiences that cannot be fixed. Great at the start but expect issues with promises made on your rings for the long haul.

  My girlfriend and I visited Robbins Brothers fine Jewelers to begin exploring options of engagement rings. I certainly had no idea where to start, and she only knew the basics. Jason Daws was really great - he was very patient with us, and gave us a beginners course and then advance education on diamond rings. By the time we left we both felt like experts when it came to rings. When you go, you should ask for Jason by name. They have a big selection as well.

  We had such a great experience thanks to Jason! We went in just to look at wedding bands, and I honestly didn’t expect to find “the one” that day — but I did! Jason was AMAZING. I wanted to see everything, and as someone who can be a little shy, I really appreciated how patient and encouraging he was. We looked at so many designers (I honestly lost count), and he happily let me try on each one without ever making me feel rushed. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and explained the details of each band, including how they would pair specifically with my engagement ring. I also loved that he walked me through customization options and how different bands could be tailored to my setting. If you’re shopping for wedding bands, definitely ask for Jason. He made the whole experience fun, comfortable, and so special!

  I came to get my fiancés wedding band after he came for my engagement ring. He had a great experience and wanted to use Robbins bros for the bands and I can see why! We specifically worked with Jen for both purchases and she has been great and feels like family now. We even had a problem with the size of my wedding band but it was quickly fixed. The cleaning service is fast and easy but very efficient! I recently went to get ready for our wedding and Jason helped me, he was personal and helpful and explained everything that they did to get our rings photo ready! I would recommend to anyone preparing to prepose and/or preparing for a wedding!
