  Visited this store in order to exchange a birthday gift, I had No clue about anything pertaining to the Meta glasses. I knew I wanted Them but I never Tried them on. I knew of the girlier version (Skyler) but never tried them on. Once I visited this location I was Helped by the lovely Dionna. She was so patient with me, educated, helpful, and made sure I chose What was the perfect style for me. I even Became decisive and came back a few more times to be sure what I wanted was final. With a custom order, I an Highly pleased with my decision on my clear lens Skyler mega glasses. I could Not have done it without Dionna. She’s the very best! And ladies and gentlemen upon visiting this location…which is the ONLY Houston RayBan store front. Please ask for Dionna. She will gladly assist and make sure that you’re pleased and love your glasses. 10/10 customer service from her:)

  I stopped by with my husband to browse around since we were in the area. We didn’t intend on buying anything but we left with 3 items! Dionna was the one helping us. She was very professional, attentive, and friendly! I never owned any Ray bans before and she showed me a wide selection of styles and made recommendations on which ones she think will look best on me. I ended up buying myself some sunglasses. I also got a pair for my 12 month old son. They didn’t have the color we wanted in stock so she offered to order them for us. A few weeks later I went back and ordered the metas for my husband. Overall a very pleasant experience. Thank you again for the quick and friendly service! We will be back.

  I had such a great experience at the Ray-Ban store in Houston! The store was clean, organized, and had an awesome selection, but what really made the visit stand out was Gage. He was friendly, patient, and super knowledgeable about the different styles and lens options. He helped me find the perfect pair without any pressure, and the whole process was smooth and enjoyable. If you’re looking for new sunglasses or eyeglasses, definitely stop by and ask for Gage. He’ll take great care of you! Highly recommend this location. 👏😎

  If you’re thinking about stopping by Ray-Ban, ask for Gage, seriously. I don’t usually leave reviews, but Gage made the entire experience on another level. His energy is unmatched, he knows the products inside and out, and he legit cares about making sure you walk out with the perfect pair. He didn’t rush me, didn’t upsell me, and actually helped me find frames that fit my face shape better than anything I’ve ever owned. Customer service like that is rare. If every retail experience felt like this, shopping would be dangerous for my wallet!! Gage is the reason this location deserves 5 stars, Ray-Ban needs to give him a raise!

  As I’m at the register speaking with the cashier in the middle of me speaking with him….he decides to pull out his phone and starts texting. Note: not the store phone, but his personal phone. He then shares we me that he can’t help me and I should call the RayBan customer service wish I had no issues with, but texting as I’m speaking with you is rude.
