- PHPatricia HernandezJan 3, 20261.0I walked in to this store in the Galleria Mall for the second time this week. Both times I was greeted by the same person, an older white man. The second visit (01/03/26) the same man was condescending towards me. I let him know I was there to make a return and his response was “of course you are”. I think he could have said it differently, everyone should be treated fairly. You never know what type of customer is walking into your store. He should be more kind and less sarcastic towards customers.

Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. A blonde older lady repeatedly looked at me in a manner that felt judgmental and condescending, as though she were looking down on me. Her behavior made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, to the point that I no longer wished to remain in the store. I have never experienced anything like this at a Ralph Lauren location before, which is why this interaction stood out so sharply. A brand that represents timeless elegance and class should ensure that all customers are treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism. Regrettably, that standard was not met during this visit.

My husband and I were looking for suit, and we came in knowing they have custom made suits and wanted to see what they have to offer, but no. They showed us “these are the suits we have”(Polo Ralph Lauren suits) and that’s it. So we went further inside and saw the Purple Label suit, the SA said “oh you found the expensive suits, it’s Purple Label and it’s more expensive”. Rude and offensive. I love the brand, but the employee at this location desparately need to be changed. I’m happy to spend my money somewhere else, where they greet with smile.
