The employees acted like I was a criminal for returning something I do not like. On top of that I was told it cant be returned at all. No options. Look online and sure enough you can do mail return. Maybe the lack of customers will get there attention. I posted the pictures for them to see. Yes you can return opened cologne. Dont assume things about people you dont know. I used the cologne once.

They are not helpful if you’re trying to buy something. I am really not sure why do they work there if they hate thie line of work that much!!

The older bald guy with glasses was not helpful and very rude. I will continue to shop online, I do not recommend this location at all!
