- MWMark WangDec 29, 20255.0High end outlet, what a great addition to this shopping square. The service here is top notch. You can find some great quality suit jacket here for good price. The layout of the store is simple with the men stuff on the right side and women on the left. It is not as crowed with stuff like TJ Maxx or Ross.

I asked whether any of my items were final sale, and she mumbled about one item before stamping “final sale” across the entire receipt. When I asked again for clarification, she became annoyed and said it was just the jeans and that she had already told me. Having worked in retail for over 10 years, I found this interaction disappointing. Clear communication and basic courtesy are essential at checkout. I would have given a lower rating if it weren’t for how pleasant and helpful everyone else in the store was.
