  I placed an online order and came to the store for pickup. I waited for over an hour, and no one informed me of anything. After I asked about my order, they told me it was canceled — without even sending me an email or any notification. If I hadn’t asked, I would have kept waiting for nothing. This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Terrible customer service.

  My Market Place return went smoothly. I will check the vendor name closely in the future. Every Market Place order item didn't fit or the wrong item was sent. Buyer beware.

  I’ve never been so disappointed by Nordstrom’s customer service. It was almost impossible to find anyone to help, and when I finally did, the first associate spoke to me condescendingly and snapped, “I said I’ll be right with you.” I walked away because of her attitude, only to encounter another associate who glared at me and responded curtly, clearly annoyed that I interrupted her conversation with a coworker. What really shocked me was how their behavior changed the moment an older Caucasian woman asked for help, suddenly they were smiling, attentive, and eager to assist. The difference in treatment was undeniable and deeply upsetting. Nordstrom has long been known for exceptional service, but this experience was the complete opposite. I left feeling disrespected and discriminated against. I will be taking my business elsewhere. It’s disappointing to see that respectful, attentive service seems reserved only for those who fit a certain look or social profile.
