- KMK MDec 21, 20255.0I was in an absolute dress emergency yesterday, dress code for an event I had got changed at the last minute so I had to quickly find a purple (not very common color) evening gown. I had already been to 3 other stores with no luck. I walked in and thankfully found a beautiful gown that was my size. Alma helped me quickly get into a fitting room, checked on me while I was in there and helped me check out. She was so helpful and kind as I was rushing to make a call time where I had to wear said dress. I had told myself when I arrived at Nordstrom at 3:00pm that if I wasn’t walking out by 3:30 with a dress, I would be screwed. I walked out way before that due to the help of Alma and how easy it was to find the dress in the first place. Saved the day!!!!

The woman upstairs was so rude when we asked if they had anything in white, to which she responded that they "didn't have anything like that here" despite that my friend found a cute dress. After that her mom asked for advice in finding something and this woman looked at her and immediately responded with "mmm plus size maybe" We then went down stairs to get shoes and the man helping us was so apathetic like we were inconveniencing him for asking to do his job. My friedb got all her cute wedding stuff to 0 help from the staff
