  It is shame that you just can't get good customer service at this location. My wife purchased a Michael Kors purse on Monday, last week from this location. It is a smaller purse, and she was concerned that it may be too small. She was told if it was too small, she could return it, and use the full purchase price towards the next size up. When she unpacked it and put her things in on Saturday she realized it was going to be too small. Today, on Monday, 1 week after purchase, and 2 days after unpacking, it she took it back into the same store, with the receipt, to get the next size up. She went in to return the recently purchased purse, and spend more money, to get the next size up. She was told by a lady named Hearre (spelling?), the manager on duty, that the purse was "obviously used", and that you can't return the purse unless all of the plastic it is wrapped in is intact, and you have the price tag. The sealed plastic that you have to rip to be able to open the purse to see if your things will fit. My wife never used the purse, all she did was open it and put her things in. The only time the purse left the house was to take it back to the store to get the next size up. Hearre refused to give my wife the corporate number when requested, and instead gave her the business card of the store manager. We have not yet spoken to store manager about this issue, but I will keep you posted.

  Pretty but you cant even wear them but a few times before they fall apart. Made cheap sold expensive. The cloths can't be washed but a few times as well.

  In summary, DO NOT GO to this store. Terrible and rude staff and customer service. Being a Michael Kors store, I went in there with high expectations, that were quickly shattered. The two female staff were irresponsible, rude, and simply did not want to work. I had a simple request of shortening the length of a Michael Kors watch, a task that literally takes less than 2 minutes to do. The store had no customers and the staff were standing and chatting, but they told me to come on a weekday as it was "busy", made excuses that it will break if they try to do it, and asked me to go to the store where I bought it. All these excuses while being condescending and rude. I went to a Macy's store and the staff helped me enthusiastically and immediately, and it was done in 2 minutes. MK no more.
