  update: went all the way back again today and they sold the item. Extremely disappointing experience at this location. I called the store twice around 2pm and received no answer, so I left a voicemail. When I finally got through at 6pm, I explained that the store was far for me, but I was willing to make the drive because I was told the item would be put back on the floor at 10am the next day. I rushed over that evening and arrived at the marketplace around 6:54pm. Unfortunately, I could not find the store and called again for directions. The employee on the phone could not give clear directions and only said the store was “near Lalaland,” which is very broad since that business is centrally located in the area. I explained that I was lost and had already driven over an hour, largely due to earlier missed calls from the store. The employee I spoke with couldn’t tell me where they were located. Anthen told me after asking the manager that nothing could be done. When I asked to speak with the manager directly, I was told I would need to return by 10am the next day. Given the circumstances, I would have expected at least some effort to meet halfway if not staying open a few extra minutes, then at minimum offering to hold the item for the next day. Instead, the response was dismissive, and excuses were made for the lack of attentiveness to customer calls. I shop at lululemon often, but this location does not know how to treat customers. Very disappointing.

  I made an online purchase and it arrived with the security sensor tag on it, so I had to drive to their store to have it removed. It was an inconvenience bit I rated them a 4 because they did compensate me for my trouble, after a few phone calls. Thank you mgmt.

  Went to check out their new relocation and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Associates came up to me and were really helping me with my purchase. It is a smaller, but for me - that makes it easier to shop in. This is the first Lulu store for me that employees actually cared about helping me find the right selections for me. The experience was satisfyingly pleasant.
