  I had a horrible time at this location. Customer service was incredibly rude and unhelpful all around, from the employees walking around the store, to the fitting room, to the cashier. There was an incredibly awkward experience in regard to the fitting room. I was told to go into a fitting room by an employee that had several articles of clothing still present. It turns out another customer was still using the same room, and she was afraid that I was invading her privacy and possibly stealing something. I apologized and explained the misunderstanding. The employee that had caused all of the confusion was rude, unapologetic, and took no accountability for this unfortunate event. The cashier that helped us was in a rush, ripping off the security tags carelessly when removing them. She was unfriendly as well. Overall, I am disappointed with the service and my experience here and will not be returning to this location in the future. UPDATE: I shared my concerns with the manager, Lori, who took accountability for her employee’s actions. She ensured that she would look into the situation. I appreciated her sincerity and genuine response to my complaint.

  Has such a sweet experience here. I actually taught at this location over a decade ago but just came in with my baby and was treated so very wonderfully in my first time shopping since having her. Can’t say enough about how kind the staff were!

  Another fabulous experience at Lululemon! The fall collection is stunning. I left with two gold-zip hoodies, my favorite Align leggings (often imitated, never duplicated), and the gym bag I’ve been searching for forever. Wesley and Lindsey made the entire experience five stars. Their upbeat, positive energy is contagious, and they make shopping feel effortless. Also fun to see four of my friends as Lululemon ambassadors! I’ll be back very soon!

  I’ve always loved Lululemon, but I had a very disappointing experience. I dropped off a brand new pair of pants for alterations on Sept 17, and when I went back to pick them up, the store admitted they lost them. They offered to order me a new pair, but unfortunately, the exact style I purchased is no longer available. I appreciate the attempt to make it right, but I can’t get back the item I chose and paid for, which feels unfair. I hope Lululemon can find a better resolution for situations like this, because it’s frustrating to lose something brand new and irreplaceable.
