  I come to this Lululemon location all the time, and Cat is always incredibly helpful. Every visit, Cat is friendly, knowledgeable, and makes the experience so easy and enjoyable. They are great at answering questions and helping me find exactly what I need. Customer service like this is why I keep coming back to this location! Would highly recommend for a personable shopping experience.

  I visited this store for the first time. After visiting skims, Alo, etc with my niece. We had been vlogging all day with no issues. We spent about 30 mins in the store while she shopped to use her birthday gift cards. My compact DJI osmo in hand. We bypassed by several employees and were even assisted at one point, and not person said anything. I get to the counter to pay for her purchase, and specifically held the camera to the card machine just to record her paying. The caucasian cashier took it upon herself LOUDLY to announce that I couldn’t film and that if I wanted to, I should contact their media team. 🙄 The employee next to her looked perplexed like she wanted to interject, but did nothing because of how stunned she was. I let the cashier have her little moment of a power trip and was shocked when I said nothing. I personally will never be back. I literally just saw another controversial article online that prompted this review

  My go to store!!!! I try to avoid the Galleria as much as possible because it’s just too chaotic, but I’ll put up with the chaos every time for this store. Every employee is incredibly helpful and genuinely wants to ensure that you leave the store happy with your purchases. I want to give Vanetta a huge shoutout she’s amazing! I told her what I was looking for, and she provided me with numerous options that perfectly matched my needs. I’ll definitely be returning to this location!
