  Came in and had such a warm and inviting experience from start to finish. Makelcie was so attentive she went above and beyond to make sure every item fit correctly and was suitable for the type of workout I’d be doing. Towards the end at checkout Cat was unmatched! He tied a big bow on the whole experience and made me even more excited about my purchase and began to anticipating my next visit in. 10/10

  I am taking a moment to write this, I almost forgot too. But I wanted to take the time to appreciate the staff and warm welcome into the store when I came in for some shopping on my layover. Ashley assisted me and was phenomenal!! I don’t know what other word to describe her professionalism, aura, captivating personality, and overall experience here that day. Thank you Ashley! - from the flight attendant obsessed with Sabrina Carpenter 🤣

  On Veterans Day my wife and I came into the Galleria just to waste time waiting for a dinner reservation but Savanna helped curate an entire outfit for different workout classes my wife goes to each week with the purpose in mind. During our interaction there was an another customer that had two dogs on the loose that my wife pointed out. Savannah told the woman where her dogs were and that they don’t allow pets in the store very sweetly. After the customer lost her mind slamming doors and showing signs of possible physical altercation, Savannah still remained pleasant and professional remaining calm the entire time to her and the other customers around. I don’t know how she did it, but give that girl a raise, or something! We weren’t able to say goodbye to her because she had left for the day but we appreciate all her knowledge on the product here.

  I've only purchased lululemon at my local running store or received their products as gift but haven't gone into an actual store in years. I was pleasantly surprised with the service I receive at this location. Although they didn't carry everything I was looking for in store, I was shown some alternatives by the sales person working on the women's side( didn't catch their name). I think I was welcomed and acknowledged by every single sales person working. I will be shopping lululemon more often because of the great service I received in store.
